Happy Labor Day weekend, Rocklin and neighbors! There’s still plenty of warm-weather fun happening around here, and this week’s lineup is proof. Grab dinner at the Greek Food Festival, catch some live music, wander a farmers market, or make a night of one of the concerts around town.

However you spend the long weekend, we hope you get some time to relax, have some fun, and enjoy the last stretch of summer.

A Fall Festival is headed to Roseville

The Gist: Roseville Fall Family Fest returns to Vernon Street Town Square on Saturday, September 19, from 2 to 5 p.m., and it's free. The afternoon includes a Big Trucks Zone where kids can climb into a fire engine, two kids zones with inflatables and crafts, live stage performances, lawn games, 40-plus community booths, and food trucks.
Why It Matters: It's an easy, no-cost afternoon out for families, and an early sign that fall events are ramping back up downtown.
Yacht Rock docks at Quarry Park
The Gist: Yachtley Crew, the self-styled "titans of soft rock," bring their tribute to Quarry Park Amphitheater in Rocklin on Saturday, September 5, at 7 p.m. The band turns the breezy hits of the late 1970s and early 1980s into a full, tongue-in-cheek yacht-rock party.
Why It Matters: It's one of the marquee shows closing out the summer concert season at Quarry Park, and a fun night right in the heart of Rocklin.
