The Gist: Home Depot and Target could join Costco as anchors at the upcoming Baseline Marketplace in west Roseville, according to recent city filings. The 77-acre center at Baseline and Fiddyment roads is planned for 744,000 square feet of retail space, with Costco already under construction. Proposed store sizes are 107,546 square feet for Home Depot and 148,000 for Target.

Why It Matters: If confirmed, the additions would make Baseline Marketplace a major regional shopping destination for Roseville and the greater Sacramento area.
